My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The room had a great view of the Twin Towers and was equipped with fantastic amenities. The service was accommodating, especially in ensuring we got a room with a view of the Twin Towers. The hotel's central location made exploring the city convenient, with plenty to see within walking distance. The dining experience offered a good spread, and the facilities were top-notch.
The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, with convenient access to public transportation and shopping malls. The rooms offer beautiful views and are very comfortable, enhancing the overall stay. The service was exceptional, with staff accommodating our request for a room with a view of the Twin Towers. However, the limited dining options for the rate provided a slight downside to the experience.
The hotel is in a prime location opposite the Twin Towers and offers fantastic views. The rooms are modern and come with all necessary facilities. However, access to Wi-Fi is restricted before check-in and after check-out. The customer service excels in accommodating requests for Twin Towers view rooms and maintains basic hygiene standards.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms offer a beautiful view of KLCC in a quiet location with a very comfortable bed and pillows, complete with a balcony that has opening doors even with the aircon on. The service was excellent, accommodating our request for a room with a view of the Twin Towers. The location is incredible, with easy access to public transportation and shopping outlets. The dining experience was satisfactory with a good spread of food options. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
